Apex Legacy Freedom is currently operating as a nonprofit initiative under development. We have submitted our 501(c)(3) application and are awaiting IRS approval. Until officially recognized, donations are not tax-deductible. All services are provided in good faith to support low-income communities through credit education, legal advocacy, and financial empowerment.
