Who We Are
Apex Legacy Freedom is led by a mission-driven team of community advocates, financial educators, legal consultants, and youth mentors committed to creating meaningful change.
While our 501(c)(3) status is currently pending IRS approval, we continue to operate with full transparency, integrity, and a deep commitment to service.
Our leadership has provided support across multiple industries, including logistics, trucking, retail, sports and recreation, and labor-focused businesses. We have guided companies with over 43 employees, supported delivery fleets with 9+ commercial vehicles, and advised on matters involving workplace safety, labor compliance, legal claims, and system development.
This real-world experience strengthens our ability to serve low-income communities with practical tools and lasting impact.

Oversees strategic development and operations. With over a decade of experience in credit education, legal advocacy, business system design, and nonprofit development, he brings a track record of building infrastructure, resolving disputes, and supporting organizational growth.
We are actively developing the infrastructure, programs, and support systems necessary to serve underserved communities with the highest level of care, education, and accountability.
Our history
A Legacy of Real Work and Community Impact
Apex Legacy Freedom Inc was founded by Alberto Moreno after more than ten years of direct service to individuals, families, and small businesses facing financial hardship, credit issues, legal pressure, and lack of support.
The work began through Apex Consultant Services, where Alberto provided real solutions for people who could not afford traditional services. He helped them understand their rights, restore their credit, resolve legal disputes, and rebuild their financial foundation.
From Private Service to Public Mission
Over time, the impact expanded. Alberto supported:
- Businesses with over 40 employees through labor compliance, staffing systems, and internal disputes
- Delivery companies with 9 or more trucks, offering safety support, liability prevention, and document control
- Workers experiencing labor violations, including wage theft and unsafe conditions
- Families affected by divorce, identity theft, or court actions
- Youth needing mentorship, guidance, and structure
Much of this work was done without compensation, out of commitment to justice and long-term change. Every unpaid service became a lesson, every client became part of the vision.
The Birth of Apex Legacy Freedom
In 2024, Apex Legacy Freedom was officially created as a nonprofit initiative to continue that work with structure and transparency.
In 2025, the organization submitted its application for 501(c)(3) status with the Internal Revenue Service.
The mission was no longer just about fixing credit or avoiding court. It became about building systems that protect people, especially those with limited resources or legal knowledge.

Apex Legacy Freedom Inc is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to helping underserved individuals, families, and small business owners take control of their financial future. Our mission is to restore access, dignity, and opportunity through credit education, legal advocacy, and financial empowerment.
We focus on people who have been denied support, overlooked by institutions, and trapped by systems they were never taught to navigate.
What We Provide

Why We Exist
This mission was born from years of unpaid service, real conversations, and urgent situations. Most of the people we serve do not have access to legal help, credit advisors, or financial coaching. They face collections, garnishments, evictions, lawsuits, and rejection—often all at once.
We are here to help them fight back, get informed, and recover with support and strategy.
Our Commitment
We are currently operating as a nonprofit initiative and have submitted our application for 501(c)(3) approval. Until we are officially recognized, donations are not tax-deductible. However, our work continues with full transparency, honesty, and respect for every person we serve.
We believe everyone deserves a second chance, not just in credit but in life.
