At Apex Legacy Freedom Inc., we believe that empowering youth with knowledge, resources, and mentorship creates lasting change.
Our Youth Personal and Business Advisory Program helps young adults develop leadership skills, financial literacy, business understanding, and the confidence to build their own legacy.
Program Purpose
The goal of this program is to train youth to become independent thinkers, responsible leaders, and future business owners.
We teach the real-world skills that schools often overlook everything from starting a business and managing finances to understanding compliance, contracts, and community ethics.
What Youth Learn
Personal Growth and Leadership Development
- Communication, time management, and teamwork
- Goal setting, accountability, and problem solving
- Understanding credit, budgeting, and personal responsibility
Business and Entrepreneurship Training
- How to register and structure a business
- Business credit building and compliance essentials
- Marketing, customer service, and operational strategy
- The ins and outs of running a small business
Compliance and Professional Standards
- Legal basics for startups and nonprofits
- Importance of business filings, EIN registration, and licensing
- Ethical leadership and community responsibility
On-Site and Virtual Learning
Youth participants receive hands-on experience through Apex Legacy Freedom’s connected programs and partners, including:
- Amazon Hub Routes and Small Business Projects
- Apex Consultant Services and ApexStarLinkSys Training
- Real-world leadership mentoring and internships
This combination of education, mentorship, and real experience helps youth prepare for careers, business ownership, and community leadership.
